Most people don't open every email.
Including your group leaders.
This means your leaders aren't seeing or opening some of your email notifications about new group members, which has been creating two big problems:
1. If leaders never follows-up (or takes too long), people fall through the cracks.
2. As a ministry leader, it costs you a lot of time to reactively track people down to make sure they get followed-up with.
Encourage your leaders to turn on this text notification today, so you can get more people plugged into a group, by providing a better follow-up experience.
2 ways to turn the leader's GroupFinder text alert:
2. Open any email you have received from groupvitals.com and go to the bottom of it and click on "Change my email notification settings" and it will take you to a page where you can toggle on "Send me a text message when someone fills the form on the GroupFinder for my group."
3. Login to your GroupVitals account if you have one and click on the user icon in the top-right nav and from the drop-down, click "My Notifications." On the next page, toggle on "Send me a text message when someone fills the form on the GroupFinder for my group."
To opt-out, send a text box to any GroupFinder notification you've reeived with the word "STOP" or, you can toggle off this notification on the notifications page if you temporarily want to turn these off.
